The Seven Golden Trading Hours

That's 7 Trading Hours a WEEK by the way!

As Auto Pilot Day Trading continues to announce trades in our demo room and, while developing a longer track record, we noticed an interesting trend. Almost all of our profits were made from trades entered before noon Eastern Time (see below). In addition, approximately 90% of those profits were recognized Tuesday through Thursday.

We generally begin trading at 9:40 AM Eastern. Talk about an ideal workweek; 9:40 until Noon, Tuesday through Thursday! Every weekend could be four days and the total work week is only seven hours.
