What We Do
Auto Pilot Day Trading daytrades and scalps e-mini futures, currently the S&P, the Dow, the Nasdaq and the Russell (ES, YM, NQ and ER). We take many trades every day. Things move fast - you have to pay attention! When you lease or buy our strategies and let them autotrade for you, keeping up is not a problem! Most of our trades are "with the trend", although a "trend" might last only minutes or an hour.

Trading Criteria
Some of the Auto Pilot Day Trading trades are designed to catch moves early and scalp a quick profit. If the trend continues, we just jump in again at a pullback and scalp another profit. Other Auto Pilot Day Trading strategies enter a trade and look for a larger profit over a longer time period — perhaps an hour or two. We are always flat (out of the market) overnight. Our strategies are based on functions and indicators supplied by Trading Alchemy, enhanced by our own winning trading ideas and experiences. Here is a typical chart, clearly doing well:

We at Auto Pilot Day Trading autotrade our strategies for our own accounts, using our TradeStation® strategies. Autotrading assures that the entry orders, target orders and stops are all entered, automatically, at the first possible moment, without the stress of manually entering trades.
Benefits of Autotrading vs. Manually Trading
Auto Pilot Day Trading strategies are designed for short-term relatively small target trades and often take tens of trades a day.
- You can sit back and let the computer do the work for you, avoiding common execution errors.
- The quickest route to success is to find a good trading strategy and then follow the rules exactly. If you can avoid interfering with the strategy, you WILL follow the rules when you autotrade.
- In a fast-moving market, entry signals come very fast and it can be difficult to enter orders in quickly enough to get into a trade. With autotrading, this is no longer a concern.
- You can easily trade several strategies simultaneously, each on a different instrument (for example, ES, ER2 and YM). This would be quite a juggling act if you were trading manually.
